Terms and Conditions
Operational terms for using Kissune. This draft requires qualified legal review before live payments.
Eligibility and adult purchases
Kissune is intended for people age 13 or the higher minimum required by local law or Discord. Real-money purchases may be made only by an adult purchaser or with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
Discord accounts and security
You are responsible for the security and activity of the Discord account connected to Kissune. Do not share credentials, tokens, or sessions. Notify support@kissune.cc promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Virtual items and no cash value
Koins, Gems, packs, potions, cards, frames, cosmetics, event currency, credits, and other virtual items are limited licenses for use within Kissune. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold or traded outside supported features.
Prices, taxes, processing, and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Stripe processes payments and maintains payment records. Kissune grants digital rewards after signed payment confirmation and retains order and delivery records for support, accounting, security, and legal obligations.
Subscriptions
Basic Sirian and Premium Sirian automatically renew monthly until canceled. Benefits are granted after each successful monthly invoice. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed payments may suspend renewal benefits and gated access.
Delivery-protection refund policy
Duplicate, failed, unauthorized, or undelivered orders are reviewable. Successfully delivered digital rewards are otherwise non-refundable except where applicable law requires. Refunds do not automatically remove potentially spent rewards; affected orders may be placed under staff review.
Randomized packs
Pack disclosures show current counts and probabilities derived from the shared bot catalog. A pack never guarantees a particular card. Randomized virtual contents have no cash value. Pack products remain unavailable until required rights and odds approvals are recorded.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use unauthorized automation, fraud, exploits, chargeback abuse, account trading, harassment, or attempts to bypass purchase limits, permissions, cooldowns, security, or delivery controls.
Submitted references and custom assets
You must have permission to submit reference images and other materials. Submission does not transfer third-party rights to Kissune. Kissune may reject or remove requests that present rights, safety, or policy concerns.
Intellectual-property concerns
Rights holders may send a detailed complaint to support@kissune.cc identifying the protected work, the affected Kissune material, contact information, and a good-faith statement. Kissune may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complaint.
Suspension, changes, and termination
Kissune may suspend accounts or change, retire, or terminate features to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, maintain the service, or respond to rights concerns. When practical, material changes will be announced.
Service disclaimer
Kissune is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kissune does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every defect can be corrected immediately. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
