What Kissune reviews and what information support needs.
Delivery-protection policy
Duplicate, failed, unauthorized, or undelivered orders are reviewable. Successfully delivered digital rewards are otherwise non-refundable except where applicable law requires.
Contact support
Email support@kissune.cc with the purchaser’s Discord ID, Stripe receipt or order reference, date, amount, and a description. Never email a complete card number.
Refund review
Refund webhooks mark the order for staff review. Kissune does not automatically remove rewards that may already have been used.
